Halloween is Coming to i-Learner!
TweetA Halloween party for all to enjoy the language arts. There will be storytelling, with students enjoying some traditional English Halloween stories through storytelling; poetry reading and composition; and drama and acting.
Not only is this a chance for children to learn more about English culture through Halloween, it is an opportunity for them to meet other students at i-Learner. New students are welcome to come, meet our current students and join in the fun! Parents can also take this occasion to meet the i-Learner team on a more informal basis, where they will have the chance to discuss their child’s learning and the courses here at i-Learner.
Dates:
Thursday 30th October | 11:30am-12:30am (Kindergarten) |
4:00pm – 5:00pm (Primary) | |
Sunday 2nd November | 2:00pm – 3:00pm (Primary) |
The sessions are of limited capacity, so for entry, Kindergarten students are asked to submit a spooky drawing, and Primary students a piece of scary writing (a poem, description, introduction…) by the 26th October.
Also!
Friday 31st October is Halloween dress up day. Children are encouraged to come to i-Learner classes in spooky costumes. If you have a friend who does not come to i-Learner, you can bring them along to your class for free so long as they are wearing their scary costumes! You will also get the chance to see your teachers dress up.
