Interest is key to a student’s engagement with a subject. By exploring different ways in which students can relate to a topic, I can cultivate their interest and motivation to learn more and improve. Curiosity should be nurtured to help a student self-motivate in discovering more about the world around them.

Francis has attained both undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in the arts and has been working in education for several years. He has previously participated in volunteer English teaching work alongside adult asylum seekers in the UK, as well as training College and University aged students in how to use different media related hardware and software. He has also been teaching English to Kindergarten and Primary school students in Hong Kong since 2019. In his free time, Francis creates different photographic works for local musicians and art exhibitions, as well as personal portrait photography work.
