孔子曰：「知之者不如好之者，好之者不如樂之者。」很多時候學生只是知道中文，而不是了解中文。而讓他們理解中文的首要條件，就是要讓他們愛上中文，因為沒有什麼比樂在其中帶來的學習動力更持久、更奏效。
蔡泳詩老師畢業於香港浸會大學創意及專業寫作學系，曾為文藝雜誌的編輯，了解香港文學發展與核心價值，對中文創作頗有心得。大學時亦是一名辯論員，於大專學界屢獲殊榮，擅長將理性思辨與感性想象融合在教學中，提供獨特的學習體驗。
