Olivia Matthews

I strive to be an encouraging and approachable teacher who understands students’ individual learning styles and needs. l want my students to leave our lessons feeling confident in themselves and their language-learning abilities. I also enjoy finding creative ways to support students with their pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.

Olivia has studied languages at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels and has worked in educational settings in the UK, Spain and Hong Kong. Olivia is currently applying her linguistic knowledge as she trains to become a Speech and Language Therapist. In addition to her studies, she also works as a translator (Spanish to English) and enjoys reading a variety of fiction genres, swimming and hiking in her spare time.
