Education should be open and available for all. Ensuring access to learning for each individual person, no matter their circumstances, is at the heart of what I do.

Scarlett Colquitt studies French and Spanish at the University of Oxford. She has a wide range of experience teaching languages to students of all ages and levels. She has taught in the UK and in the south of France, and held a post at University of Salamanca, teaching English literature. Scarlett is an ardent advocate of widening access to university, and she has worked on admission and outreach projects with the University of Oxford since 2020, giving her a unique insight into Oxbridge. She enjoys writing, and several of her essays and translations of contemporary literature have been published. When she is not working or studying, Scarlett enjoys knitting, reading, and watching rom-coms.
