A beautiful piece of poetry by my P1 writing student. Both pieces are full of life, with wonderful onomatopoeia and alliteration. The work shows a fantastic control of poetic devices and metre, producing powerful and vivid imagery. On reading it, you can’t help but sway to the rhythmic lilt. Well done Raymond!
